IDEA Developers SHPK, trading as SAVR (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operates the SAVR restaurant management platform, including the Backoffice admin, the Merchant app for restaurant owners and managers, the Waiter point-of-sale app, and the Customer mobile app for diners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, username, email address, phone number, and password (stored securely hashed).
Order Information
When diners place orders through the Customer app, we collect order details including items ordered, order method (dine-in or takeout), table number where applicable, and any special instructions.
Restaurant Subscription Information
When restaurants subscribe to a SAVR plan, payment is processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle collects and processes billing information (name, billing address, payment instrument) under Paddle’s Privacy Notice. We receive only the subscription status, plan, and a tokenized customer reference from Paddle; we do not store full card details.
Device & Usage Information
We automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, and general usage data to improve our services.
Location Information
We may use your approximate location to show nearby restaurants in the Customer app. Precise location is not required to use the Service.

3. Information Sharing
We share your information only in the following cases:
- With restaurants: When a diner places an order, we share the order details and relevant contact information with the restaurant so they can fulfill the order.
- With Paddle: For restaurants who subscribe to a paid plan, we share account and subscription information with Paddle to process payments.
- Service providers: We use Firebase for push notifications, and cloud hosting providers for infrastructure. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and platform.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), secure password hashing, JWT-based authentication, and tenant-isolated data storage that ensures restaurant data is not accessible across tenants.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order history is retained for business and legal purposes. If you delete your account, your personal data will be marked for deletion, though some information may be retained in anonymized form for analytics or as required by law (including tax records and subscription payment records held by Paddle).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information in your account
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
