Terms of Service

Welcome to SAVR. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SAVR platform, including our customer app, restaurant dashboard, waiter app, and backoffice admin (collectively, the “Service”), operated by SAVR (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SAVR is a restaurant management platform that connects customers with restaurants. We provide digital menus, online ordering (dine-in, delivery, and pickup), table reservations, QR code ordering, and restaurant management tools including staff coordination, analytics, and menu management.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Customer Use

As a customer using SAVR to browse menus, place orders, or make reservations:

  • You agree to provide accurate delivery information for delivery orders.
  • You understand that orders, once accepted by the restaurant, may not be cancellable.
  • Menu prices, availability, and preparation times are set by individual restaurants and may change without notice.
  • Reservations are subject to the restaurant’s availability and policies. No-shows may affect your ability to make future reservations.

4. Restaurant Use

As a restaurant using SAVR to manage operations:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu information, including prices, descriptions, allergen information, and availability.
  • You agree to fulfill accepted orders in a timely manner.
  • You are responsible for managing your staff accounts and permissions appropriately.
  • You must comply with all applicable food safety and business regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Brand and store data you upload remains your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Orders & Payments

  • All prices displayed are set by the respective restaurant.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.
  • Refund and cancellation policies are managed by individual restaurants, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission
  • Create fake accounts, fake reviews, or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Use the platform to harass restaurant staff or other users

7. Intellectual Property

The SAVR platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by SAVR and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of food or services provided by restaurants on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, though certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
