Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the SAVR restaurant management platform, operated by IDEA Developers SHPK (“SAVR”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Subscription payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”).
1. Scope
This policy covers the SAVR SaaS subscription only (Starter, Growth, and Scale plans, on monthly or yearly billing). It does not cover food orders placed by diners through the SAVR Customer app — those are handled directly between the diner and the restaurant.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a new subscriber and unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This applies to your first paid subscription only.
3. Cancellations After 14 Days
- Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing month is non-refundable, and you retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Yearly plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the remaining time in the current annual period is non-refundable, and you retain access until the end of the paid period.
4. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Merchant app. Upgrades are billed pro rata for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
5. Order Overage Charges
The Growth plan includes a usage-based overage fee (€0.08 per order beyond 1,500 orders per month). Overage charges accrue during the billing month and are billed at the end of that month. Overage charges already incurred are non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund covered by this policy, email info@savr.menu from the email address registered on your SAVR account, including your subscription ID. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied for accounts found to be in breach of our Terms of Service, including fraudulent activity, chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, or abuse of the refund policy across multiple accounts.
8. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under Albanian or EU law that cannot be waived by contract.
